Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am, 7am or 8am starts available
Hourly Rate: $35.39

About the Role:
HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a new team member for our 3PL Warehouse Client as an Administrator and Customer Service Representative. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in transport, warehousing, and logistics, with a strong background in data entry and warehouse management systems such as SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for designated customers, coordinating all related activities efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers to ensure effective communication.
- Coordinate client orders, ensuring smooth collaboration with warehouse and transport teams for cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain awareness of Service Level Agreements and rate structures for clients.
- Manage tasks such as orders, stock counts, and KPI maintenance using available tools.
- Perform all internal duties with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
About you:
- Previous experience in logistics and customer service is highly considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
- High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
- Experience with warehouse management systems, particularly SAP, is advantageous.
