Rental Technician (Delivery and Installation)

📍 Location: Northern Suburbs, Greater Adelaide Region
⏰ Shifts: Rotating Day, Afternoon, and Weekend Shifts

Are you a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individual? We're looking for a Delivery Rental Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering, installing, and collecting medical equipment for a well-known healthcare provider.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivery & Installation: Drive, assemble, install, and collect medical equipment with precision and great customer service.
• Day Shift (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM): On-site and on the road, ensuring efficient deliveries and collections.
• Afternoon Shift (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Similar duties, with potential for overtime if required.
• Emergency On-Call Support: Respond to urgent calls, including overnight (up to 6:00 AM).
• Weekend Shift (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM): Be on call for emergency installations.
• Efficiency & Compliance: Work within timeframes and KPIs, completing installations within 4 hours while adhering to OH&S and infection control policies.
• Additional Duties: Warehouse tasks and route planning as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

✔️ Experience in delivery driving and equipment installation (healthcare or similar industry preferred).
✔️ Comfortable using electronic devices for managing delivery schedules.
✔️ Ability to lift up to 15 kg regularly.
✔️ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and capable of managing time efficiently.

Requirements:

✅ Unrestricted C-Class Driver's Licence
✅ Experience driving a van or 3-tonne truck ideal
✅ Forklift Licence (advantageous but not essential)
✅ Current Australian Police Clearance & COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
✅ Commitment to OH&S and infection control policies
✅ Immediate availability
