Principal Industrial Relations Adviser
Classification: ASO7 - $69-$74ph, dependent on experience

Our client is seeking a Principal Industrial Relations Adviser to provide expert advice and lead key industrial relations activities . This role presents a valuable opportunity to contribute to best-practice workforce management in a dynamic and complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead industrial relations projects and activities, ensuring compliance with policies, awards, and agreements.
Provide strategic advice on industrial and employee relations matters to senior executives and key stakeholders.
Act as an advocate in the South Australia Employment Tribunal (SAET) and other industrial forums.
Develop and implement workforce policies and procedures to support effective workforce management.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, unions, and health executives.
Manage industrial disputes and contribute to enterprise bargaining processes.
Analyse industrial relations trends and provide recommendations to improve workforce strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience in industrial and employee relations, particularly in high-level advisory and negotiation roles.
Strong understanding of industrial relations legislation, policies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
The ability to manage complex workforce issues and provide clear, strategic advice.
A proven ability to lead and contribute to industrial relations projects and policy development.
Experience in dealing with unions, government agencies, and senior management teams.
