Cleaners & Food Service Assistant - Disability Services

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to provide essential cleaning services at a Disability Services facility in Northgate. This ad-hoc role begins this Friday and offers consistent hours in a rewarding environment.

Location: Northgate SA 5085
Start Date: Friday, 17 January
Hours: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Ad-hoc, casual work)
Rate: $31.76 per hour (including causual loading) plus super

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and resident rooms.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Properly handle and dispose of waste materials.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to infection control procedures, especially in high-contact areas.

Requirements:

• A current NDIS Screening Check is mandatory.
• Previous cleaning experience in an aged care or disability setting is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents and staff.
