About the Role
In this role, you will lead daily operations across food services, housekeeping, and property maintenance. You'll manage a diverse team, allocate resources efficiently, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, delivering exceptional service outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage food services, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management.
- Ensure compliance with legislative standards, including HACCP and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Drive quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to deliver resident-focused outcomes.
- Mentor and develop a skilled, motivated workforce.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Tertiary qualifications in management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership, team management, and performance development.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislative and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid worker screening clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable:
- Chef/Cookery qualifications.
- Experience in aged care or healthcare settings.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
