Trades Assistant

Are you a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade? We are currently seeking an Electrical Trade Assistant to join our team and support our skilled tradespeople in various electrical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drilling cabinet backplates

• Cut and crimp cables with precision

• Produce and apply cable identification labels

• Support tradespersons in day-to-day tasks

• Unpack and load electrical components

• Load solar panels and batteries safely

• Cut and install cable ducts onto backplates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not required)

• Basic knowledge of electrical tools and components

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Physically fit and capable of handling electrical components

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
