About the Role
As a member of the Settlements team, you will manage approximately 55-60 calls per day, supporting the end-to-end home loan settlement process. Working closely with financial institutions and brokers, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
This role offers valuable exposure to home loan operations and the opportunity to expand your knowledge across the broader financial services sector.

Customer Service Experience
Proven experience in a customer service or contact centre role is essential. Experience in banking or finance is highly regarded.Excellent Communication Skills

Confident in assessing customer needs, thinking on your feet, and offering effective, timely solutions.Empathy and Patience
