Are you an experienced Call Centre Operator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support? We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a number of upcoming customer support roles across banking and education sectors based in the Melbourne CBD.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and dedication to customer satisfaction will make you a key player in enhancing our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every interaction
About You:
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer support role
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset
- Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work to KPI's effectively in a fast-paced environment
