We are currently looking for a Japanese-speaking Assistant. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of office experience and a strong desire to grow with our company.

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join their team.
You will assist in planning, monitoring, and analysing various projects.
The role entails regular communication with their finance and accounting team and oversea head office.
Key Responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor and analyse their projects
- Assist in the preparation of various documents.
- Market research
- Following industry and reporting internally as needed
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks within the team
Qualification/Skills - Accuracy and attention to detail
- Business level oral and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Excellent communication skills,
- Proactive mindset to work individually and good problem solving skills
- Some experience of Import/export or accounting are highly regarded but not mandatory
