Your Role:
As an Events Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of community events. Your responsibilities will include assisting with event logistics, managing event documentation, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality events that engage the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for event planning and coordination
- Assist in the preparation of event schedules, budgets, and logistics
- Liaise with external vendors, community groups, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate event records and documentation
- Assist with on-site event operations and troubleshooting
- Monitor event progress and provide timely updates to the events team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for events
About You:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for event coordination. Whether you've previously worked in event management, administration, or a customer-facing role, you have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
