Timesheets and Getting Paid
You can access the HOBAN Payroll Portal using your unique username and password.
The HOBAN working week is Monday to Sunday. You will be paid each week or fortnight for the work you completed in the previous period. In order to be paid, you need to complete and send an authorised timesheet to us no later than 9am every Monday.
Your timesheet will either be online, or you may be entering your hours into a time clock. Your HOBAN Recruitment Consultant will advise you which method to use.
When filling out your timesheet, you must be accurate in entering your start, finish, and meal break times. Once you have filled out your timesheet, you need to get your supervisor to authorise it.
You can find more information about timesheets and working with HOBAN in our On-Hire Employee Induction Handbook.
