Background problem: HOBAN Care Recruitment was appointed by a national agency focused on improving health outcomes for Australians. The agency went through major structural changes and required the assistance of volume recruitment services to fill the talent gaps. Having consulted with the client, HOBAN Recruitment deployed a high-volume recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution with individualised recruitment services across all areas of the agency. The solution included sourcing, screening applying cognitive testing and moving candidates through HOBAN managed assessment centres.
