HOBAN has partnered with BoozeBud to find Customer Service Administrators to join their amazing and fun team. You will be the ‘virtual’ face of BoozeBud doing a range of e-commerce activities from answering customer queries, to general office administration and checking and processing online orders. To be successful in this role, you will need to be confident using Zendesk.

What’s on offer?
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
- Answering customer queries via online chat portal
- General office administration
- Online stock control
- Checking and processing online orders and invoices
- Troubleshooting online orders
- Being an all-rounder where required.
What will you bring?
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Must have ZENDESK experience and understanding
- Experience in delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong written skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft office
- Great can-do attitude
- Previous experience within Hospitality
