About the role
Join the Rail Infrastructure Delivery Office as an AO4 Finance Officer, supporting the LGCFR project team in delivering high-quality project financial activities. This role focuses on managing financial operations, maintaining compliance with departmental policies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of financial services.

• Deliver financial and project support to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Process invoices promptly and update purchase requisitions in line with procurement activities.
• Maintain invoice and finance registers using Microsoft Office suite and other TMR systems.
• Assist with month-end tasks, including accruals, general journals, and other financial responsibilities.
• Act as a key contact, providing financial advice and status updates on procurement and financial activities.

About You
To thrive in this role, you need:

• Knowledge of software such as 3PCM and SAP.
• Experience in project finance and delivery performance management.
