We're seeking two highly motivated Accounts Receivable Officers to support the Financial Services team. About the Role:
Reporting to the Operational Team Leader, the Accounts Receivable Officer will support the preparation and processing of financial transactions while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims and payments for goods and services, create invoices, receipt revenue, and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform manual and system entries accurately and efficiently.
- Check and generate invoices or adjustment notes, prepare bank deposits, reports, and other accounts receivable documentation.
- Match and process receipts and ensure accurate data entry.
- Deliver front-line service, addressing queries and providing advice with professionalism and courtesy.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet daily targets and achieve team goals.
- Contribute to problem-solving and process improvements.
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll bring a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, call centre environments, or financial reporting/accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel at an intermediate level).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt quickly to new systems or processes.
- Strong numerical reasoning skills and data collection/research capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
