Warehouse Team Leader - Full-Time

Location: Lytton, QLD
Shift: Day Shift
Salary: Negotiable, $70k+

The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our Lytton operation. As a Team Leader, you will support a team of 8-15 employees, including pick packers and forklift drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise daily and weekly tasks for your team
• Provide support and training for team members
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe behaviours
• Deliver superior customer service to key contacts
• Ensure compliance with Work, Health & Safety Policies and legislative requirements
• Maintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and following established processes and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• Forklift Licence (Desirable)
• Demonstrated team leadership skills with a results-driven approach
• Certificate II or III in logistics/supply chain (Desirable)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and innovative problem-solving
• Commitment to a safety-first approach
• Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to processes and procedures
• Desire to build a career in logistics
