Diesel Technician - Workshop | QLD (Berrinba)

HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Diesel Technician to join a high-performing workshop team based in Berrinba on behalf of our valued client.

Our client is continuing to grow their service division and is looking for a skilled technician who can step into a busy environment and hit the ground running.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a range of heavy equipment within a well-equipped workshop environment. You will work as part of a close-knit technical team, supporting daily service operations and ensuring high-quality workmanship across all jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy machinery and equipment
• Perform diagnostics and fault finding across mechanical and electrical systems
• Work across a range of new and used equipment
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and productive workshop environment
• Work collaboratively with workshop team members to meet service deadlines

• Earn up to $135K+ with regular overtime
• Consistent overtime available (up to 50-60 hour weeks for those who want it)
