About the Role
As an Office Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating with the existing administrative team, you'll handle key responsibilities that keep the business running seamlessly.
This role is an initial 6-month contract with extension to 12 months + longer.
- Start date - January 13th 2025
- Work Pattern - Part time - Working 3 days per week from January - April then Full time 5 days per week.
- This is an office-based position
- Start / End time: 6:30am - 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication.
- Manage order processing, invoicing, and accounts.
- Oversee stock control and ordering to support operational needs.
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings with precision.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems or document management tools.
- Own transport for reliable commuting.
