Step into this essential role with our Perth Branch, where you'll contribute to the smooth operation of a team that delivers sales, maintenance, warranty, and product support for major mining clients.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Handle data entry and service invoicing with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage site access requests for mining clients.
- Assist with onboarding new technicians and ensuring a seamless transition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries via email and phone.
- Coordinate travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and medicals.
- Oversee purchase orders and monitor shared email inboxes.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in administration, data entry, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (familiarity with Ariba and SAP is a bonus).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
